2014 Thai schools competition 2014 winning entries

This was the first year of the secondary schools microbiology competition in Thailand, co-sponsored by MiSAC, the British Mycological Society (BMS) and the Thai Institute for the Promotion of Science and Technology teaching (IPST). The competition was organised to coincide with the 10th International Mycological Congress (IMC10) held in Bangkok.

Entrants produced a wide range of interesting public information posters on Helpful and Harmful Fungi. Successful posters were displayed at the Congress and winners explained their choice of subject, in English, to delegates at the meeting. They were presented with their awards by the president of BMS at the closing ceremony of the Congress.
